Jackson Diamond Jewelers is looking for someone to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone enthusiastic. We want someone who is willing to learn all about the jewelry industry. Position: Sales Team Member Full Time, M-F, 9-6p and occasional Saturdays 10-5p
- Your main focus and goal is “Sales” and they should be aware that they must avoid anything that stops you from selling.
- The number one priority is to greet all customers including repairs, inspect all repairs coming in with the view of selling new stock instead of repairing it or to re-make it including a re-design that would include extra precious stones.
- Must meet at minimum sales quotas per year.
- Must be conscious of profit and be able to sell with love not with discount.
- Should be dedicated to learning all they can about the product they are selling and should quality control all stock before it is accepted to be displayed.
- Must be presentable with confidence, self-esteem and personality.
- Be aware of merchandising and product placement throughout the store. Work one on one with owner to keep sales floor fresh, for ease of selling and customer presentation.
